Seriously, no one reads anything on DA. I guess it's 'cause such a vast majority of the writing people post on here is... well... utter shit. But I used to have some semblance of a little community on here, then I mostly disappeared for over a year, I come back, and it's like I'm on my own little island in a sea of bad writing, but no one even looks at my writing 'cause they're too busy avoiding all the crap.

I just wish I could draw, or take cool pictures. Or pose naked for cool pictures. Maybe as we as a society are more and more drawn the the shiny, instantly pleasing, easy to appreciate, all we want is pictures of naked people. Pretty legit argument if you ask me.

The worst part is that the angsty whiny piece I wrote about cutting myself when I was fifteen has been favorited more than anything else. I guess most people on DA are just angsty and whiny and cut themselves. Or at least most people who are willing to read the majority of the crap that's on here.

So frustrating! Seriously! I think I'll post that picture I took forever ago that I really like. Then maybe people will look at my gallery. Oh how cynical I have become!
